1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid products and services offered by WINKAI STUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, including subscriptions for Thumbly, Sariya, and other applications. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Refunds

For subscription-based services:

  • 7-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have not actively used the premium features.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Renewal Refunds: Refunds for automatic renewal charges may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of the renewal charge.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions after the 7-day refund window
  • One-time purchases or credits that have been consumed
  • Services that have been actively used during the billing period
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at contact@winkle.dev with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  4. We will respond within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation
  • You will not receive a refund for the remaining time in your billing period

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of technical issues on our end, duplicate charges, or other extenuating circumstances.
